It is natural
for you to feel this way. Even professional pilots become
rusty if they don't fly often.
According to the Federal Aviation Regulations Part 61.56,
nobody may act as pilot in command of an aircraft unless,
since 24 months after receiving a check ride or conducting
a flight review, they have accomplished another flight review
by an authorized instructor.
This is to verify that the pilot has the required aeronautical
knowledge and skill to fly an aircraft safely. After completing
a Flight Review, the instructor will endorse your pilot logbook
and then you can act as pilot in command for another 24 months.
A
Flight Review is not a test.
Of course your certificate will never revoked
after a flight review even if the flight does not go well.
Don't be so nervous, just come and fly with us!
What is required is only a "review". We will conduct your
training efficiently, safely, and with fun.
